Moon Ladder is an independent game studio currently developing Thor & Loki: Origins, a co-op tactical RPG about teenage Norse gods trying to save the world.
We also provide technical direction to other game studios and build open-source tools like MoonMind for secure, resilient software. We are always looking for creative collaborators who want to help bring new worlds to life.

The elder gods have accepted the end of the world. Teenage Thor and Loki have other plans.
Command half the squad in a two-player co-op tactical RPG. Neither player knows the other’s plans or the final turn order. When those plans collide, expect surprise combos and hilarious disasters.
Built on openly licensed Dungeons & Dragons rules, streamlined for easy learning, and expanded with original weapons and subclasses.

In the July 2026 Hugging Face hack, 700 coordinated AI attackers chained together zero-day exploits to compromise production IT systems. AI is becoming the only reliable defense against AI. We open-sourced MoonMind to improve agentic security, resilience, and observability in cyber defense and software engineering domains.
